I went through the shots last night (9-3-2008) and retouched a small (but representative) selection, about 13 shots total. I did them both in color and black & white. How To Order the Prints You Want

To order the prints you want, here is what you do

(1) Browse the CD contents, particularly the "all photos" section

(2) Note the image name you see, it will usually be something like 20080831_165417_1_nbl_d80

(3) Jot down the name of the image(s) you wish enlarged, to make it easier you could open up "Notepad" in Windows, highlight the name, and copy-paste it, and then print out that list

(4) Forward this list to me, and I will take it from there

The CD is yours to keep for all-time and you're free to try and make photos from it if you wish. The only thing is: those photos (most of them) aren't retouched, and need to be first before being enlarged, in order to bring out their full ability. Second, the photos on the CD are "downsized" and don't possess the necessary quality for enlargement. So, in other words, the lab cannot use that CD to make any prints.

I have the originals, and those possess the necessary quality for enlargement. But again they need retouching first, and this is why I set it up for you to choose which ones you wanted enlarging first, because obviously I didn't want to retouch all 245 photos unnecessarily, just the ones you wanted enlarged.

Once you have selected which ones you want enlarged, I will retouch them to make them look more professional, then I can send the photos to the local lab in Longview via the Internet and have them within 24 hours or less. (The lab I use is Fast Photo, 2902 Gilmer Rd, Longview, TX 75604 Phone (903) 331-0078).

I can also have my online lab do them as well, as they are very low-priced and do great work; you can use those prints for wallet-sized, 5x7 etc for putting in a photo album etc later on even after the anniversary is over. I can also re-do the CD to include a section where only those you chose are shown, to prevent you from having to click through 245 photos that look a lot alike just to simply see your favorites. I can also re-do the slideshow.

That said, I went ahead and made this CD (pretty quickly considering) so you'd have the ability to choose which shots you preferred.
