It was -16c on our walk this morning, but Cleo is fine with that coming from the far north. She wasn't too impressed with being asked to sit, however, when there was all that snow to run through.
She does look like she is a little perturbed. My dog is the same way and she is getting old and doesn't realize the extreme cold is not good for her. This is a lovely portrait. ~BV~
Neat Photo. But to me, that's a bit too cold to go for a long walk with a dog... No wonder Cleo doesn't look thrilled. She's got icicles on her face. Poor girl. Doesn't that-kind-of-cold hurt her feet? And her sit bones? My dogs will go outside in that kind of cold, but only for a couple of minutes to do what they have to do. I felt guilty last night when I had to put my dogs outside for just 3 minutes when it was -13 C here... They cried to get back inside. Cleo definitely is more of a trooper in the bitter cold than my furkids.
