Canada goose

Beechwood Cemetery

A pair of geese had decided to self-isolate on a little 'island' of plants and a couple of black granite tombstones, at the cemetery. Unfortunately, the black granite served as a perfect mirror, and one of the geese was very upset by this obnoxious "intruder". One and a half hours later, when I passed by again, it was still trying to make the interloper flee.

I hope isolation doesn't drive too many people a little crazy like this poor goose.

Poor goose. What a waste of energy he should save for his lady.

Great shot of this beauty Christine...hope he has realized it’s just a reflection by now...we have two Canada geese that visit down by the water every year...I am always happy to see them...But Jack is such a dirty dog and enjoys eating their poo...he thinks it’s a delicacy...BV
