And yet again I don't know which species this is, but i really like it.

Like Nirvan I was thinking jello mold too! So the little knobs a babies? Snap them off and stick them in some dirt, they root. (?) V

It will be interesting to see how the little knobs grow out. Looks a bit like a spiky jello mold!

rotund and ribbed it looks rather like some sort of barrel cactus....the smaller growths on the sides are likely 'babies'..
