Blinded sphinx moth (Paonias excaecata), #7824

Larose Forest

This beautiful moth came to the lights last night in Larose Forest, and it looks as if freshly emerged. The colours are very bright on this one. Wingspan for the species is from 55-95mm according to Bug Guide.
