Visiting a friend last week, I noticed a black swallowtail butterfly in her garden. We watched carefully and noticed the butterfly was egg-laying. We found several of these fresh just laid eggs and my friend is keeping a close eye on them and hoping they hatch soon. The eggs were all laid on parsley.
