Promethea Moth eggs (Callosamia promethea)

These four eggs are on an ash leaf in the same tree in which I found two early instar Promethea moth caterpillars a week or so back. Today, I found one caterpillar there, already on its way to the final instar stage (inset). These caterpillars turn into a very large spectacular moth, and belong to the Giant Silkworm Moth family.
