Plant bug (megaloceroea recticornis)

Mer Bleue Conservation area. This is a great example of how an insect is able to hide in plain sight. This large, introduced plant bug is on a stalk of the introduced Timothy grass. It mimics almost exactly, a grass spikelet.

This bug is definitely very well camouflaged! Great find and capture.
