Took a walk out to the Mer Bleue bog today and photographed some of the bog plants. These are mostly last year's plants, not in flower yet, except the cottongrass.

The plants are from top left: Cottongrass (a sedge), top right, Labrador tea, showing the rusty hairy underside of the leaf, bottom left, Pitcher plant (a carnivorous plant), and bottom right, Bog laurel.
