Camel cricket (Ceuthophilus sp.), female

This is a distinctive, large cricket, common in the area. these crickets are wingless, but can jump quite a distance. they are rather hump-backed and have exceptionally long antennae. they prefer damp, dark places. i find them around my garden occasionally, and also in more natural areas!

It was in the 800 meters Olympics judging by its legs! ;) I like the pinkish hue.
