Pitcher plant (Sarracenia purpurea)

The next photo shows a close-up of the pitcher plant and the tiny spines that prevent insects from climbing out of the pitcher. This photo shows a collection of these amazing plants with about 9 pitchers all clustered togethere. The two white arrows point to a couple of the "pitchers".
