Burrowing bug (Sehirus cinctus)

I was a bit surprised to find this burrowing bug as the weather is not too warm these days, at about +10 or so and rainy. It was sitting out of the wind on the stem of a Physostegia plant at the Fletcher Wildlife Garden.
