Saw this young fellow playing at St. Jacob's market (near Stratford, Ontario). He was playing a lot of very cool old-timey music, a cross between early Tom Rush, the Kweskin Jug Band and the New Lost City Ramblers (if anyone remembers those 60's types!). I bought one of his CDs and played it on the long drive home to Ottawa. In addition to his guitar and this ingenious pedal bass, he had a harmonica.
