Porcupine scat at den entrance

Dunrobin area. Porcupines often make dens under large rock piles, as well as in hollow trees. By the accumulation of scat, you can see this has been well used for a long time. In fact, this is an enormous rock pile and there are several porcupine dens around it. One year, a black bear made use of this site for denning up.
