Am surprised am still standing. Yoga was good, but hard working. It's definitely time for herbal tea and a mattress to rest these poor poor guys.

I agree about that final segment, Except tonight there was a cricket in the room and he kept cricketing away. so weird. and so distracting, cos I kept wondering: "How did he get inside" and to add to the mystery, another cricket on the other side of the room was responding to him.

nice CURVES to those puppies =] . . .bravo for yoga . .and I SOOOOOOOOOO know what you mean!! LOL! Don't you just LOVE the final segment of yoga . . now, if there was just some way to have someone transport you home all that relaxed & almost asleep & just plop you into bed . . .sigh
