Sometimes grain is perfectly right for an image. This one really just needs a bit more exposure. Maybe 1/100s or 1/60s. Is the globe broken? It looks like there's a crack at the six o'clock position. The offset of the darker background adds interest.

This is very interesting with the strong shapes and very nice DOF. The high ISO adds a lot of noise/grain that takes away from the composition IMO.
