A group of Australian rice growers had organised a cross-Australia promotional
tour with the tractors used in their industry. That's what I understood when I
met these people here in Oodnadatta. But I met a similar group later, in Alice
Springs and apparently it's a wider group than just rice growers; they were from
all over the place touring Australia with tractors and raising money for charities.
