Renovated to provide accommodation to visitors, the former single men's quarters had six little rooms
with four bunks in each, and a kitchen with TWO gas stoves and a new refrigerator. I had already
checked out the camping grounds - too much broken glass for my liking, and the occasional feral pig
at the more secluded one. These men's quarters looked much healthier; the NPWS brochures said that
prior booking was required, but the place was unlocked and vacant. With nobody to ask, I left an
estimated fee and a note in the honesty box and moved in. Took this picture early next morning.
