This flood hasn't reached the bottom of the indicator, so counts as a 'minor flood'
even though it has flooded homes not far from here. The highest flood on record
here (18 metres, in 1867) would have been well over the top of this indicator.
According to computer modelling, 25-metre floods are possible.
