CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS. On Nov. 2, 2006, The Roosevelt Rough Rider's Boys Volleyball Varsity Team WON THE OAHU INTERSCHOLASTIC ASSOCIATION CROWN, AND BECAME THE OIA CHAMPIONS!!!!! The boys played Kalaheo, 2 time defending champions and wrested the crown away from them in two straight games. After the OIA season, the Boys team went on to play in the State Tournament. They finished at 3rd place in the State with a record of 16-2, by beating Kalaheo for third place and Kamemehameha-Maui in the second round of the playoffs. Congratulations to the team for a successful season!!


AND THE ROOSEVELT GIRLS TEAM ALSO WON THE OIA CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE SAME NIGHT. HORRAY!!
