Very interesting find for us in the U.S!! This 1959 Australian "Starmodel" Fordomatic is the Australian version of the U.S. 1956 Ford Crown Vic plus a few other model parts. I see at least 2 year models on the backend alone. Absolutely fascinating!

OK, my turn. I think it's a 1955 Ford Fairlane, the tail lights are only slightly different from a 1956.. The body panels seem perfect and, oh, the chrome. My age is showing, I guess.

My first guess was a 1957 Ford. But the licence plate seems to say I am wrong, as does the emblem on the trunk (rear boot).
