Al Fresco !!
There is nothing good about aphids, unless your a ladybird. I do not spray any chemicals on my plants, therefore the ladybirds have a good reason for residing among the roses !!

Watch out you intrpid aphid! Funny you should post this. Yesterday i was swarmed with hundreds of asian beetles. when i went outside they were in my hair and on me, the house. Only in the back yard, but that gets the afternoon warm light. They were crawling and flying on everything. Like a snowstorm of them. Never seen anything like it. I hope they have moved on to someone elses house to nest for the winter.
