I made this santa about 13 years ago at ceramic classes I never wanted to take, but my best friend
talked me into it. I met a bunch of people I liked, so I stayed for 5 years...LOL !!

I completed my Alphabet Soup Gallery yesterday & now I having nothing to link....eek !
Now what am I going to do with myself....??

You made that! I'm suitably impressed. All I can make is a mess!

That's a very big sack of presents!

Make a Rudolf to go along with Santa, that'll keep you busy! ;)

you MADE it? Wow!!

Wow, you did a great job with that. It's better than any commercial Santas I've seen.

Beautiful beautiful piece, Laine. I think your story is important, too. Many times we're dragged into doing something that might not sound worthy of our time, only to find a new 'passion'. I applaud you!

hello Laine,
absolutly wonderful work you have done with this Santa.
p.S. I work in a training center for the ceramic industry, so i do love ceramic too!!!
That thing that appears in my photo it is a dangerous part of a street sign that is was broken and they "forgot" to take it out of there. I did not sit with her ...Helena was already in the car with Lucas when I saw her there and decided that she will be my PaD of today ...
regards my friend.

He's beautiful! I really like the old style Santa vs. the CocaCola version.

Is it Santa Claus in OZ or Father Christmas?

Now aren't you glad you took the class. Look at the beautiful Santa you made.
