Vegetable

To go with yesterdays quiche. Cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion in a bath of sugary vinegar water just like my grandmother used to make...but never as good.

Mum always made a vinegar salad with onions, cucumber and in a separate dish, sliced beetroot. Yum.
