Wet

Just one of the floods following a rain event...been so many over the years I've lost count. I am standing in the middle of the road and this water is from the river which is 2 km way beyond the distant trees on the horizon and it is the morning after and of course the sun always comes out and in January it is hot and humid and the power is usually out to make it worse...but I now think all has paled in comparison to the past 20 months of Covid...and it's been so dry this past 3 months I would happily dance in the rain, but not floods.

Good grief, that is some flooding! As the saying goes, it never rains but it pours, at least sometimes. What an amazing shot. V

The weather is going to extremes world wide, or at least the media
makes it seem that way.

Well shot. A familiar scene... I know the feeling. Concerning both the flooding and COVID.
