Corn and Zucchini Fritters, Tomato Salsa with Balsamic Reduction and Onion Relish....
We are having some painting and decoration done to the interior of the house. The dust has given me a dry throat and sneezes and though I was hoping to get back to doing the challenge next month I can see there won't be time.
We did however manage to get out for this delicious brunch last week and again yesterday for lunch with old friends who are visiting, but by evening my head throat and sneezes were annoying and painful and feels like I've swallowed razorblades :(
Ah well, I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end.
