My energetic friend Judy...80 years young today. Her smile followed her stunned look when she walked into the restaurant to see 100 of her family and friends there to help her celebrate....if I told you all she achieves in a week you would be exhausted. Judy's idea is never waste a precious moment of any day by doing nothing. In August she travelled around the UK on her own and wasn't happy that jet lag on arriving home slowed her down.
