A Garden Decoration

This very tall tree came down during our flooding rains last weekend. As you can see it fell over one of our fences, impaling itself on one of the steel posts and I can tell you it is solidly wedged. One of the granddaughters thought we could hang the mail box onto it, another thought drill it out and make a home for the Possums...anyway, for now it's a talking piece until removed :)

Please take a look at others taking part in the April Challenge...your welcome to join in if your inclined.

Makes a great story, Laine. You might keep it for Garden Art.

Wow, it's yours now as arrived that long way to your fence. Hope you can keep it and make a nice sculpture of it maybe. V.

That must be a very sturdy fence to take that weight!
Walter Otto Koenig04-Apr-2017 14:44
Amazing. You could also make a carving and have permanent garden decoration.
