Green Pea Risotto

I made this for lunch earlier this week, as always I made waaaay too much.
Greens other than peas were, silver beet ,zucchini & spring onion tops. Last in, a squeeze of lemon juice, grated strong Romano cheese and butter....one of my favourite easy meals.
