Dinner I cooked tonight.
Salmon Poached in white wine, thick slices of tomato, diced spring onion, sliced zucchini, sautéed, steamed jacket potato, then topped with garlic marinated prawns and a drizzled of olive oil and cracked black pepper....delicious
