We have Yakult too but the wife won't buy it (allergy). Have to say, "fermented milk" doesn't sound quite as appealing as "fermented grapes" ;-)

The experts seem to be split down the middle regarding the benefit of these probiotic drinks. Whilst one says they are an elixir another says they are a waste of money. I do like the taste though!

Facebook has updates on Carol. We have Yakult here. I prefer the Kefir.
