# 2 ~ slice the onions

while the chicken is browning ( see yesterday's image ~ click on next )
slice the onions

This week photos, for reasons that will become obvious, were all taken on the one day
and therefore not " fresh " but you have to be careful working with chicken...don't want
to make anyone ill with bugs :)

Yep, don't wanna get sick from eating bad chicken. Love this....but I'm starting to tear up here. Oh yeah, if you put a wooden match in your mouth with the sulpher part sticking out, it will keep you from crying when cutting these up. It works!!! You did a great job on the macro of this beauty!
