Driving home yesterday...when you live in the bush this is not something you want to see.

This may look green and tropical, but in reality it's not...I boosted the colours, who wants to look at dry brown grass :>(

This morning, smoke hangs low...the fire I believe is out, but the summer threat is just beginning.
We need rain desperately as we head into another hot season.
