Wed., 10/25/16 - I headed out to climb the Volcan de Pacaya. The road first led to a steep descent to the tierra caliente (lowlands). Starting the descent we heard a large boom and noticed a puff of smoke coming from the Volcan de Fuego. Alotenango, Guatemala.
