Physical Geology class of The University of Texas at Brownsville at Cerro Santa Cruz, outside Rio Grande City, Texas. This high point is capped by a lime-conglomerate formation, a member of the Goliad Formation, of Pliocene age, one of the first "hills" as one most west from the Rio Grande Delta.
