Northern Flicker Red-shafted Male

Telling me he needs more suet. I am not really a lover of head shots but I always have the wrong lens on when this fellow comes around. He is a pretty bird, just a touch of hybrid as he has a red spot on the nape of the head indicating a cross with a yellow shafted at some point.
