White-tailed Deer - Doe

This is Mrs Flower Bandit, across the road on the golf course, looking to see if the coast was clear for her lunch in my yard:-)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just for the record after Marcia's post. Much as I moan and groan about my garden visitors, there is NOTHING that delights me more than seeing these beautiful animals in my yard. We try to make sure that we do not frighten them into running across the road because of cars... I simply do not understand how anyone could harm them in anyway..
I know that there is an overpopulation of deer just now, but I too am always thrilled when I get the opportunity to photograph them. Excellent composition and such a beautiful creature. V
I only have flowers that they don't want. Although I curse the I love them so there you have it.
There was a report on the news this morning here that a 75 year old woman found a fawn laying behind the bushes in her garden and she picked up a shovel and beat it to death and put it in the front edge of her yard saying she did not want it eating her flowers and put it there to warn the other deer to stay away. She had no remorse. I let them eat my flowers. They are so beautiful and I still have flowers left.
