This marsh is a small oasis in a city with a large urban sprawl, more and more housing estates are going up surrounding it and we fear for its survival. Many birds and mammals are part of its ecosystem including for the first time this year a pair of ospreys.
It has just now become part of out Nature Trust so we hope that many more generations will have the pleasure that this place has given me the past 12 years...
