Noh mask on the wall of a private hotel in Kyoto. Private, in that only members of a travel club could stay there, and I was a lucky guest of Dr. Tateishi from Osaka University, who unfortunately has passed away.
The Noh mask is designed so that it conveys different expressions when viewed from different angles.
