Some photos that I've took of the Pacesetters' 15 km run held in Kuala Lumpur on 21st May 2005. Pacesetters is a well-established running club in Malaysia. Their website can be found at: http://www.pacesetters.com.my/

New Balance has to work harder on their shoes to sell it to this guy.	A senior veteran makes his way steadily to the finishing point	The friendly police cheering on a veteran runner	Coming in for the last stretch before the finishing line

The shy but wonderful cheerleading team. Many would not have finished the race without their encouragement.

I find headlight to be a good investment/alternative to headband if you run in the evenings. My favourite is Petzl's Tikka Plus--it is expensive but reliable.

To get yourself all tired and messy and to sweat out all your frustrations and free detoxification to boot. As a side effect, if your eat properly without binging, you may just get to that perfect figure you've always wanted. All you need to invest in is a good pair of running shoes and hit the road for at least an hour each time, 3 times a week in the least. You may or may not wear anyting you want but I'd recommend breathing vest and running shorts. To be trendy, wear wrist wand and band and headband. The bottomline is, you will feel good at the end of the run; that's the purpose. Running good, feeling good.
