Acorn Woodpecker (6)

This was clearly the most entertaining bird on this trip. They never stop working from dawn to dusk, gathering acorns and finding places to store them in the tree trunks. Residents in this community leave the tree stumps cut off at about 30 feet high to make homes for these guys.
