This brings back so many memories for me as I did the almost exact some trip by off-road motorcycle from Fez to Erfoud in 1999/2000. I can't believe how it has changed with regard the roads, there weren't many, and small towns/villages which now seem so busy. We stayed in Erfoud for 2 days so we could ride in the dunes, nobody there except us and a few roaming camels. Would love to do this again to take in all the changes someday. The Moroccan's are a lovely people, helpful, caring and hospitable. Oh, how I miss Morocco ...

Nice to see that you made it to Morocco, although I guess it was a pretty short visit. All the reason to go back for more!
