My first flight on Air India in many years. This takes me non-stop from Dulles Airport to Delhi.

The long flight was quite tolerable, but I was left with a bad impression regarding Air India because the internals of the aircraft were badly in need of maintenance. Most of the features at the seat did not work, including my reading light and the entertainment center, and things were obviously broken all around me. Thankfully, I had a much better experience when returning to the US. I am hoping that my first experience was a outlier.
