Has anybody read the book "Stiff"? ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stiff:_The_Curious_Lives_of_Human_Cadavers ) It may be that even cremation is not the most environmentally friendly way to get rid of dead bodies. This topic is interesting in its own way even though some may consider this a somewhat ghoulish subject.

But seriously, I think it would be a great thing if we could find a way to quietly and quickly get out of the way once we are dead, with least cost and environmental impact. But I also suspect that societal norms of the day in this regard will be somewhat difficult to overcome.
