The train is from the Montgomery County Composting and Resource Recovery facilities in Dickerson. These facilities are next to the power station that is beside the canal. This picture was taken at the crossing of the road from Route 28 to the Monocacy Aqueduct. This is the first time I am seeing a train at this location. I assume that trains carrying coal to the power station also use this line.
