Sorry I missed this Karen, drive as close to the line as you like, just don't have to walk the line. (Ah la Johnny Cash ).

Karen, the last paragraph of your commentary
Sounds like a bellwether to me. But what do I know, I just got accepted for another credit card.
And with Memorial Day coming up, do you think people know that we are in a war? Oh yeah,
they must, they have a " support the troops" ribbon on their car............

Excellent as always, Karen. I *think* I know where this is. Probably the same place we bought gas today!

Very nice shot . A story that happens in many places here in Michigan . Especially northern Michigan.

It is a universal story that you are telling us, Karen. Don't pay attention to the bad reputations, stick to the facts: this is a good rule.

Very nice candid shot. Interesting commentary too.
Much of what you write can be applied here too, especially the charity organisations problems.

Great shot! Many places are like that.

Drive too close to the line...... are we all guilty of thinking our spouse can't drive ??

Good shot, and true analysis of southern WV. It is quite similar to up here in the central part of the state. We are "hill people," and it takes living in this area about 20 years for folks to start to accept you.

Before I read this I was thinking how many things are the same no matter where you are in the world...same ice fridges, ATM's, Lay's chips & high petrol prices...but access goes deeper than just seeing, not having...thanks as always for your informative story, Karen
