yeah this is also where alittle girl was swinging and a delivery truck came in the path of the swings and the little girl slammed into the back of the truck and killed her instantly....

It was fun. Daddy use to run the swing ride on week ends. We loved it--wanted to ride it over and over. The swing was originally set up next to Bluestone River. It was great to go high and look over and down at the water. They had a golf range, paddle boats, popcorn stand, concession stand, log cabins, one of the largest swimming pools ever, a dance hall on the second floor of the building where the changing rooms to swim were located, camp grounds, and fireworks on the Fourth. My family, aunts, uncles, cousins, were at the Lake most of the time. It was a wonderful time! Great memories!
