The Joke's on Me

West Virginia

Several weeks ago it was freezing out and 6 inches of snow were predicted so I bought a snow shovel. I had been using an old coal shovel and it was heavy. I got one of the last ones.

Weather was wrong as usual. We got about an inch and then it warmed up and has rained since.

Unless you need to get water in your ground, cross your fingers that you don't need to use it.

I could use it... mine's so battered it's hanging togethter with Duck Tape. And still going strong.

Nice shovel. I'm sure more show will come along.

But it netted you a good PAD! (Did you buy it at WalMart??)

It's like carrying an umbrella with rain predicted and then it stays dry - if you hadn't bought it you probably would have had a foot of snow.

I predict a very cold February. You should get good use out of it then.

What a beautiful snow shovel, did you buy it at your favorite shop?

But then again, with all of the weird weather everyone has been experiencing, you may still get plenty of use out of it.
