Witch Ball

West Virginia

This weeks Totally Informal Transglobal Challenge is New.

Other entries can be seen here.

The Story of the witch ball goes back several hundred years. It was thought that a witch ball could protect you from witches and evil spells. Now days people collect them as suncatchers and christmas ornaments. True witch balls have glass threads inside to catch witches and spells.

This is hand blown glass from Appalachian Glass Products.

The history is old but since I just bought this, for me, it's new.

I need two. One to guard against my ex and one to protect against my supervisor.
