My annual trip of the Himalayas takes me this year to 'Kinnaur'.
Located at dizzying heights & passes that remain close for 6 mths of the year kinnaur is the very few of the untouched valleys of Himachal Pradesh. Kinnaur was opened for forigners only after 1989 & still requires inner-line permits at some places.
I've as usual enjoyed my stay here & hope u ppl enjoy viewing these images from there :).

@ Dr Subhendu, Thank you for showing intrest in my images :) yes i do have taken a few images of that Shivling of the Kinner Kailash Ranges but the problem is I was not blessed with any good Light on the Shivling to get an compelling image hence it's not posted here :)

All photos are great. But why did'nt you shot the most sought after peak, the pillar like Shivling in Kalpa?
